The four-year Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) Consultancy framework provides social landlords, housing providers and other public sector organisations with a compliant and efficient route to procure professional consultancy services for a wide range of construction, refurbishment and asset management projects.
The framework supports the delivery of planned investment programmes, individual construction projects and wider asset management initiatives, providing access to specialist expertise from initial planning and design through to project completion.
YMD Boon has been appointed to the Architectural Services lot, covering five regions across England: the North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, London and South East. The framework runs from September 2026 until September 2030.
The appointment provides an opportunity for YMD Boon to further strengthen its presence within the public sector, supporting organisations with the design and delivery of their building projects.
