Boston Leisure Centre

We have been appointed by Boston Borough Council to provide multidisciplinary services to transform the existing Geoff Moulder Leisure Centre (GMLC) site. The project involves significant remodelling and extension to the existing facility.

The GMLC is a multi-pool complex that offers public access to several swimming, health and fitness-related facilities in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The works include the demolition of the existing public changing and reception areas, making way for a new two-storey extension. The new ground floor will provide a modern foyer, reception, and changing village, while the first floor will accommodate a new gym, flexible spaces, and a viewing gallery.

The extension will also create a direct connection between the two existing pools, improving both flow and user experience. The new entrance and reception design has been opened up and will now provide a key visual link through the building.

This project is in collaboration with the Boston Towns Deal funding and will be sited opposite the Mayflower building. A new community plaza will connect the hub with the Mayflower, creating a new, attractive outdoor space for people to use and enjoy.
