Our Chartered Building Surveyors deliver outstanding results through effective building consultancy, funding support and project delivery

Our Building Surveyors work on the design and development of new buildings as well as the restoration and maintenance of existing ones, including the conservation of historic, listed buildings. The nature of our work ranges from large, multimillion pound structures to smaller refurbishments and repairs.

We are a RICS Regulated firm and accredited through Constructionline. We are proud to be an official supplier for ESPO and named on established frameworks for University of Cambridge, University of Leicester and University of Nottingham for Contract Administration and Building Surveying services.

Education is one of our most established sectors. We have over 50 years’ experience in supporting nurseries, primary and secondary academies, SEND schools, multi-academy trusts (MATs), colleges and universities with consultancy services in relation to their funding, buildings, and estates.

Not only that, our RICS qualified surveyors work with a range of public and private sector clients to provide building surveying project delivery services across blue light emergency, commercial, residential, rail and more.
